I'm particularly looking forward to Marian Kinoshita's presentation on starting a business (as I recently went freelance), Charles Aschmann's presentation on comparing CAT tools (I'm a TRADOS user but would like an objective comparison of the other options available), the panel discussion on earning the rates you deserve (for obvious reasons), and the workshop on the Alexander Technique by Daiju Yokoe (I'd like to find out how people who sit before a computer all day long can stay healthy).
